With over 6 years of IT Support experience, I've seen firsthand how many people struggle with everyday computer tasks. My goal is to empower everyone—especially local businesses and students—with the skills they need to confidently use computers in their daily lives.

The idea is to better equip the everyday end user to have a better understanding of how computers work, how to do basic tasks (mapping a drive, adding a printer, changing the display settings, etc.), and to feel more confident working on a computer. I want to help prepare students to enter into higher education and/or the workplace with those critical computer skills already in place, as well as helping those already in the workforce have a better understanding of the tools they already use on a day to day basis.

Having an end user base with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently use a computer as part of their everyday tasks will help them become more productive, skillful, and equipped.
